Things to include in a job-winning CV:

Live Video Interview v/s Recorded Video Interview

Live interviews are conducted real-time over the internet where both the interviewer and interviewee are in attendance. It is conducted over video conferencing platforms, often following the same structure as in-person interviews where the interviewer asks job-related questions and the candidate answers in real-time.

In contrast, pre-recorded interviews are recorded well ahead of time. It is usually done at the beginning of the interview phase for the interviewer to get an idea of the candidate & their qualifications before proceeding further. In this case, certain questions are delivered to the candidate to which they revert on video conferencing platforms.
